    This is the terminal for the skycar ride. You can get on or off here, generally the line is pretty short so you can ride back to the main terminal with far less of a wait than it takes to get on the ride at the main terminal. In other words, trips back are shorter than trips out.

Interestingly, it has an old Nuclear War Fallout Shelter underneath it, which has not been maintained or used for anything, and still had Civil Defence supplies in it up until the late 1980s.
