I was a resident of that "women only" half of the top floor (Gamma 5 East) for 3 semesters in 1980-81. They called us "The Nunnery," though it didn't seem to make much sense, as I remember a pretty wild atmosphere with a very lax RA and plenty of male "visitors." ;0

Good place to study or even take a nap between classes. The 6th floor is the best. Lots of seating, especially since its the top floor and not a lot of people go up that high.

Its very nice inside. There's areas for seating on every floor and the bathrooms are really clean. The best I have been too. Very open and nice for meeting up with friends or classmates.

When TPA first opened the newq terminal Airside C also held the U.S.Customs inspection and holding area. All international flights uswed the Air Canada gates which were attached to this area. Even had a Northwest from Vensuela there every week when they could get the plane to fly. LOL

To be honest, I think the University tends to forget it exists. I'm willing to be those chairs were there when I was a quarter century ago.
